			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We – that’s the whole Tribe team– have hijacked our news section in order to congratulate Gareth on his new appointment. In addition to being our boss, he’s been elected to the position of Chairman of the Wessex Association of Chambers of Commerce (WACC). </p>
<p>WACC represents 19 chambers of commerce, comprising almost 1,500 member businesses/organisations, and is highly influential in supporting economic development and best business practice in the region. Congratulations Gareth, we hope you get a big ceremonial chain and medallion to wear while you sit on your throne!</p>

		<description><![CDATA[We're delighted to announce that we've won the Customer Insight Strategy of the Year at this year's Drum Marketing Awards.]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We&#8217;re delighted to announce that we&#8217;ve won the Customer Insight Strategy of the Year at this year&#8217;s Drum Marketing Awards.</p>
<p>The &#8220;Mums at Heart&#8221; project, which we deliver for Danone Baby Nutrition, beat off competition from 02 Telefonica, the Scottish Government, Thinkbox and UK Asset Resolution to win the award at the Emirates Stadium in London.</p>
<p>A long-term consumer closeness programme, &#8220;Mums at Heart&#8221; provides total immersion into the world of mums and babies for Danone&#8217;s employees. It&#8217;s an engaging and inspiring programme of multi-channel activities and tools that empower employees to learn about their consumers, share their experiences, and most importantly, apply them to relevant business challenges.</p>
<p>The judges, (senior marketers from McDonalds, Bacardi, DFS, BT, Butlins, Renault and Samsung), commended the emotional connection that the programme developed between employees and consumers. We&#8217;re absolutely thrilled!</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Yesterday, the Danone Executive and Senior Leadership Team met with consumers in their homes to discuss just what life is like as a mum.]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yesterday, the Danone Executive and Senior Leadership Team met with consumers in their homes to discuss just what life is like as a mum. They didn’t just talk though, oh no. They also accompanied a mum on a trip to her local supermarket, or joined her for an online shop, to get a deeper understanding of the factors that influence her decisions. The day finished with a group workshop, to share and develop insights and explore the impact they could have on the business. </p>
<p>What especially pleased us was that everyone who attended thought the day was really worthwhile, including the mums who took part. One of them got in touch afterwards to say this:</p>
<p>‘Had a good meeting and a lovely chat today. The whole experience of taking part in this project was very positive. I particularly liked putting together my thoughts and pictures for the homework &#8211; it made me reflect on my journey as a mother and provided an interesting insight!’</p>

		<description><![CDATA[We have just been awarded ISO9001 accreditation.]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>ISO 9001 is the international quality standard for operational systems and process – essentially how you go about business.. To receive accreditation to this much sought after standard, you need to demonstrate via an official audit that you can both meet the requirements and apply the system, to be of real benefit to your customers. </p>
<p>Well, we were audited today, and we passed with 100%, which means it’s been officially recognised that we offer a brilliant quality and service, that we deliver on time and that we have a ‘right first time’ attitude, which means fewer hitches and complaints. We knew that anyway of course, but it’s nice that it’s official.</p>

Of course they&#8217;d done lots of the pre-work already but they wanted to be absolutely sure they were doing the right thing and we’ve been helping them find out.
