For several years, Tribe has analysed thousands of online reviews generated by apprentices, interns and placement students to provide insights about their employment experiences to employers across the financial services, management consultancy, manufacturing and FMCG sectors.

The analysis provides regular feedback about the quality of mentoring and support, on the job training, formal education, remuneration and workplace opportunities offered to young people.  The results of our work are fed back to HR teams within the employer organisations, enabling them to compare the performance and appeal of their graduate and placement schemes with direct competitors, and shape their programmes accordingly to help attract the calibre of individual the are seeking.
