UK leading university.

A leading UK university had a reputation as a leading provider of MBA courses. However, in an increasingly competitive market, the course leaders wanted a strategy to protect their reputation as the provider of choice to postgraduate students from around the world.
We used Qualimetrics™ analysis to cost-effectively research the online positioning of the university’s top 100 global competitors, to gain a clear understanding of perceptions. In particular, we were looking for evidence of strengths and weaknesses from the perspective of potential students. Our findings were integrated with student application trend data from other sources.
With a firm base of evidence at our disposal, we were able to help develop a strategy for attracting more international students by leveraging reputational assets to gain competitive advantage and making better use of online and social media channels to improve return on marketing investment.
