eMcREY Academy.

As part of its ‘Vision 2030’, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is pursuing many initiatives aimed at modernising and reshaping its economy and upskilling its people to reduce reliance on oil revenues and ex-patriot workers – a process called ‘Saudization’. As a leading fintech in the region that implements and administers payment technology solutions for the Saudi banking infrastructure and the majority of its banking institutions, our client eMcREY is tasked with supporting the Vision 2030 through in-depth knowledge transfer.
We have created the eMcREY Academy on behalf of the client, using our own extensive knowledge, experience and network of senior contacts in the global payments industry to develop and deliver an advanced training programme for the employees of Saudi banks, and eMcREY itself, that comprehensively covers the banking and payments industry, it’s processes and technologies.
Whilst we currently deliver course content remotely, due to travel restrictions and the global nature of our training consultants, our activity has included the interior design and furnishing of a dedicated training centre in Riyadh; along with writing, design and production of all training content and customer marketing materials, delegate onboarding and whole programme management.
