Toolstation Range Research.
Toolstation is a ‘clicks and mortar’ success story that continues to grow through customer acquisition, range expansion, digital development, branch footprint and brand loyalty. To help fuel this growth, Tribe conducted research that provided valuable insights and in-depth understanding of customer needs, drivers, perceptions and experiences to help shape the customer proposition, communications, service and product offerings.
Following our qualitative work, that included focus groups, video diaries and store intercepts, we then managed a programme of quantitative research to help provide meaningful metrics around customer needs, product and range development.
